We’re looking for a thoughtful, strategic, and hands-on Founding Recruiter to own and evolve our hiring function, with an emphasis on technical recruiting. While the role will be primarily focused on software engineering hiring, this hire will also own hiring for high priority non-technical roles that are critical to business needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments, loves building processes from the ground up, and is excited to work cross-functionally to help us scale thoughtfully.
