The Role We are obsessed with talent density. We believe great companies are built by great people, and we treat recruiting like a mission-critical system, not an administrative task. We bring the same analytical rigor, urgency, and ambition to talent that we bring to building product and winning the market. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting background and/or experience building 0-to-1 at an early-stage startup. You should want to treat recruiting like a product: constantly testing, iterating, optimizing, and raising the bar. You will wear many hats, including growth marketer (using data and experimentation to develop sourcing strategies top), operator (building scalable systems and processes), and storyteller (crafting a compelling narrative around our mission and culture). You will partner closely with our founders and leaders across the company. The role requires strong analytical skills as well as excellent judgment in evaluating talent and building relationships across the executive team. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with direct impact on the trajectory of the company. This is a 100% in-person role based in our San Francisco or New York City office.
