About Maneva Maneva is an AI services company founded by a former Google DeepMind researcher, focused on transforming manufacturing operations through advanced AI. Role Overview Maneva is seeking a Talent Manager to build our recruiting engine from the ground up while laying the initial foundations of our people operations. This role is critical to helping Maneva scale its team across technical and go-to-market functions during an early growth phase. This is an execution-oriented role focused primarily on full-cycle recruiting and hiring excellence. In parallel, you will establish onboarding and people processes with the business operations team to support new hires. As the company grows, many of these people operations responsibilities are expected to transition to People Operations allowing this role to remain deeply focused on talent acquisition and employer brand. You will work closely with the leadership team to anticipate hiring needs, design effective hiring processes, and ensure a strong candidate and new-hire experience from first interaction through early ramp. This role is fully remote.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles within high-growth startups or technology companies.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across both technical and go-to-market roles.
  • Comfort engaging with candidates in AI, ML, software, and applied manufacturing technology roles (not expected to perform deep technical assessments).
  • Experience building recruiting processes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment when supporting candidates and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Maneva, with a strong focus on technical roles (AI, ML, software, computer vision, manufacturing technology) and go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, partnerships).
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, long-term candidate pipeline aligned with Maneva’s near- and mid-term hiring roadmap.
  • Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for highly specialized profiles in AI, manufacturing technology, and enterprise SaaS.
  • Manage interview processes, candidate communication, and offer execution to ensure a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Design and continuously improve Maneva’s hiring processes, balancing speed, rigor, and fairness.
  • Represent Maneva to candidates as a mission-driven, technically credible employer at the intersection of AI and manufacturing.
  • Help articulate and reinforce Maneva’s values, culture, and expectations through the hiring experience.
  • Own onboarding from offer acceptance through the first weeks of employment, ensuring new hires are set up for success.
  • Establish initial onboarding workflows, documentation, and coordination across tools and teams.
  • Maintain basic employee records and people processes in partnership with external platforms (e.g., Rippling).
  • Act as a first point of contact for common people-related questions, with the understanding that these responsibilities will evolve and be handed off as the team grows.
  • Track hiring pipelines, time-to-hire, and recruiting capacity.
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into recruiting progress, risks, and upcoming needs.
  • Support early workforce planning as Maneva scales.
