We’re looking for an exceptional Founding Recruiter to drive our hiring efforts and help lay the groundwork for our company’s ambitious growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at fast-growing startups or tech companies.
- Experience hiring for both technical (engineering, product) and operational roles.
- A proven track record in high-ownership, fast-paced environments—passion for scaling early-stage teams is a must.
- Strong ability to communicate, champion company culture, and close top talent.
- Drive, grit, and ownership. We want builders, not just job-seekers.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a founding recruiting hire, or background in B2B SaaS recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process—source, engage, and close high-caliber engineers, operators, and product leaders.
- Partner with founders and executives to forecast hiring needs and define scalable processes.
- Design and iterate on recruiting funnels, metrics, and candidate experiences.
- Represent FurtherAI’s vision and culture to candidates and the talent market.
- Build strong connections within technical and entrepreneurial communities.
- Establish and document best practices, interview rubrics, and onboarding for our recruiting function.
