Why This Role Exists We’re entering the next phase of growth and need someone to take full ownership of how we build the team behind it. This role exists to design, scale, and execute recruiting from first principles — partnering directly with founders to turn ambitious hiring goals into a repeatable, high-signal hiring engine. This isn’t a “fill roles as they come” position. You’ll help define who we hire, how we hire, and how we show up to the talent market — laying the foundation for the company’s long-term success. This is a founding role with real impact, real ownership, and real expectations.
