About Reacher Reacher is a YC backed AI SaaS platform building the operating system for TikTok Shop brands and creators. We’re backed by Y Combinator, Pioneer Fund, Rebel Fund, and operators including Steve Huffman (CEO of Reddit), Matteo Franceschetti (CEO of Eight Sleep), Theo Browne ( t3.gg ), Kulveer Taggar (Zeus Living), and Jake Mintz (Bump). We have years of runway and are scaling fast with some of the biggest brands in the world (UnderArmour, Hanes, Logitech, Goli) This is a highly execution driven PM role, you’ll report directly to the founder and CEO. We’re not looking for a “vision only” product manager. We’re looking for someone who ships, owns outcomes, and can run multiple product lines at once. What you’ll work on You’ll be hands on across multiple product lines at Reacher, with clear ownership over a few core surfaces. This is a 0 to 1 role building new products while scaling existing ones. You’ll work across: Our core TikTok Shop creator discovery and nurturing platform used by enterprise brands Our video intelligence stack, including creative analysis and model training workflows Our creator facing products and tools used by high GMV TikTok creators These products are built with ML engineers, infrastructure teams, TikTok Shop strategists, and industry veterans. You’ll help define what to build, why it matters, and how it ships. Your customers include enterprise brands like Under Armour, Hanes, Logitech, and Goli, as well as top performing TikTok creators driving meaningful GMV. Build products that real problems, scale fast, and grow Reacher more than 5x in the next year. Requirements

Strong execution focused product manager with startup experience preferred
Comfortable owning multiple projects at once in a fast moving environment
High agency and bias toward action
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Comfortable making decisions with imperfect data
Technical fluency: you don’t need to write production code, but you can use Cursor, write SQL, and engage deeply in technical discussions

Responsibilities

Own several product surfaces and initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
Turn company strategy and enterprise customer problems into a clear, buildable roadmap
Establish success metrics and make sure shipped features actually move those numbers
Speak with customers weekly to uncover buying friction, adoption issues, and trust gaps
Convert noisy, qualitative feedback into sharp product decisions and priorities
Write tight, actionable specs that optimize for speed without sacrificing clarity
Analyze product usage and customer data to drive informed, data backed decisions
Act as the owner of Linear by enforcing structure, improving process, and keeping teams unblocked
Run releases end to end, including QA, coordination, and clear cross team communication
Maintain a high bar for quality, reliability, and pace of delivery
Surface bottlenecks, misalignment, and process issues early and resolve them quickly
Own product reporting and regularly update the CEO and key stakeholders
