About The Position

REEKON Tools is looking for a Founding Marketer to be our first full time marketing hire and drive REEKON’s growth.

You will work hand in hand with our product, design, and engineering team to enhance REEKON Tool's external presence and drive sales of the hottest and most innovative brand in construction tools. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of marketing activities to promote and grow one of the innovative companies in the construction and home improvement space.

With more than 20 million monthly (organic) impressions, millions of followers across social media, and hundreds of thousands of website visits, your work will quickly be put in front of our global audience as we continue to launch cutting edge tools. You are coming into a remarkable foundation of marketing and will help elevate a successful team as the first full time hire.

This role isn’t for the faint of heart and will be working with our CEO Christian and design team. If we are successful, there won’t be a construction project you walk by in 10 years that doesn’t have REEKON Tools on the belt of everyone there.

What We Are Looking For
Data and creative minded individual who has been in the weeds of building and executing a complete marketing pipeline from scratch and achieved exceptional results. Hustle and figure-it-out attitude with experience working with consumer goods or in a high paced startup environment.

Requirements

• You have accomplished something exceptional in your marketing career going from 0 to 1 and seen proportional business results (scaled paid ads, grown social media account, etc)
• Creative mind driven by data and experiments to create unified campaigns
• Expert in paid acquisition and marketing funnel development with deep executional understanding of Meta and Google Ads execution
• A member of all of the ecommerce, growth marketing, forums/sub reddits, and slack channels and know the latest trends and tricks of the trade
• Strong ecommerce fundamentals and understanding how to apply to technology and education heavy products
• Entrepreneurial spirted with companies/agencies/projects you’ve run whether full time or as side hustles
• When something you need doesn’t exist, you find a way whether its building a tool or talking to the right person, or questioning the need in the first place

Responsibilities

• Everything Marketing - own the entire funnel from top to bottom from definition
• Paid Acquisition - data and creative
• Retention Marketing - Leverage our extensive Klaviyo mailing list for email and SMS to drive value through campaigns and flows
• SEO/Content - REEKON is a content machine and this role will help continue highlighting applications, use cases, and make all roads lead back to REEKON
• Creator and Influencers - source, onboard, and manage partnerships to highlight applications and in field use cases
• Data/Analytics - Understand and put together which data matters and use to inform what we should be focused on
• Social Media - Work with team to push our thriving social media content to continued new heights
