About The Position

All Saints Subacute Care is seeking a motivated and outgoing Part-Time Marketer to help expand community awareness and build relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, and promoting healthcare services within the community. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Originally founded in 2013, the organization now consists of hundreds of independent operating subsidiaries, as well as ancillary and support services. We bring a proven model of mission-driven care that balances access to a national network of support and resources with local decision making. Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, healthcare outreach, sales, or community relations preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with local travel and in-person outreach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct in-person visits to hospitals, clinics, and community organizations to promote facility services.
  • Represent the facility at healthcare events, networking meetings, and community outreach programs.
  • Distribute marketing materials and provide information about services offered.
  • Track referral sources and maintain outreach records.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, community events, and outreach initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with the admissions team regarding potential referrals and leads.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities for growth.
