We’re looking for a Founding Launch Lead to own one of our biggest priorities - winning the world's most important tech market - San Francisco. Your mission is simple: Build category defining traction in SF starting with building a candidate base of tens of thousands, and onboarding hundreds of companies within the first few months of 2026. The Profiles: You could be an ex-founder who has built in the Bay Area before, an early GTM leader from a top-tier startup, a well-networked talent leader, or an ex-VC who is ready to build. You are a commercial hustler who knows how to win in SF. We’re open to exceptional people from a range of backgrounds, but you likely fit one of these archetypes: The Ex-Founder: You’ve built something before. You know how to sell a vision before the product is perfect, wear 100 different hats as you go 0 → 1 and you have a deep existing network in SF. The Early GTM Builder: You were the first sales or marketing hire at a rocketship. You know how to go from $0 to $1M ARR and beyond. The Talent Leader: You are a deeply networked Talent Leader who’s been helping companies build amazing teams for years. Now you’re ready to do that in the most leveraged way possible. The ex-VC: After time in VC (Investing or Platform) you want to stop advising and start building. You know how to run events, build presence, get in front of companies and win deals. The Role: Your mission is simple: Build category-defining traction in SF starting with building a candidate base of tens of thousands, and onboarding hundreds of companies within the first few months of 2026. This is a 0→1 role. You will be responsible for liquidity, revenue, and brand presence in the world's most important tech market and building the launch playbook that we’ll use again and again in other cities. You won't be alone. You'll be part of a small launch team, working on the ground alongside Arya (our first hire, an ex-founder and a true hustler). You'll report into the CEO and have the full backing of our London team, with our CEO, CMO (consumer-focused), and incoming B2B GTM Leader - all of whom have scaled companies from 0 to tens of millions of ARR - rotating through SF to support.
