About The Position

Probook is the AI for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate. Our impact is real. As our GTM Recruiter, you will work directly with the founders, own our revenue-facing searches end to end, and help us identify the .01% of candidates who can thrive in a zero-to-one environment. We are looking for a subject matter expert and a thought partner in how we scale our GTM org. You will shape how we source, attract, and close the AEs, CSMs, and operators who will help us scale.

Requirements

  • NYC-Based: Excited to work in-office 5 days/week in our high-collaboration culture.
  • 2 to 5 years of GTM recruiting experience at a Series A to C startup or a high-bar recruitment agency with a GTM desk.
  • Proven track record of closing revenue-facing roles, including AE, CSM, and operations in a high-volume, high-bar environment.
  • Deep experience with high-volume outbound sourcing and a strong command of GTM talent pools, communities, and networks.
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and a track record of keeping pipeline data clean and current.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously without losing quality or speed.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of GTM searches across AE, CSM, RevOps, and go-to-market operations, from kickoff through signed offer.
  • Outbound sourcing: building pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, AI tools, and GTM community networks.
  • Candidate experience from first touch through close, including outreach, scheduling, prep, and debrief communication.
  • ATS hygiene in Ashby: every candidate, stage, and note logged accurately and in real time.
  • Recruiting operations: maintaining scorecards, calibrating with hiring managers, and flagging process breakdowns before they slow hiring down.
  • Contribution to talent strategy as Probook's GTM org scales.
