About The Position

We're looking for a GTM & Growth Lead who can take Just Words' story to the world, across content, community, and customer channels. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that combines marketing, sales, and creative storytelling . You'll lead everything from outbound campaigns to content marketing to podcasts, AI dinners, and partnerships , turning brand awareness into qualified conversations and pilots. You'll work directly with the founder to shape Just Words' GTM playbook, build momentum across the funnel, and experiment relentlessly to scale what works.

Requirements

  • Are an ex-founder or part of an early founding team
  • Are a generalist operator who can write copy, design outreach, and close leads
  • Are proactive, disciplined and high energy
  • Can context-switch and tackle moving parts in multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Have experience in Growth, GTM, or Marketing at a fast-growing SaaS or AI company
  • Understand how to tell a product-led story that resonates with marketers and execs
  • Are good at articulating thoughts in the form of blogs and short form content
  • Have experience running outbound or ABM campaigns , ideally targeting enterprise or mid-market marketing teams
  • Are comfortable hosting conversations - whether on stage, podcast, or dinner table
  • Have strong creative instincts paired with analytical discipline — you test, measure, and iterate

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the GTM strategy - multi-channel, and grounded in a strong understanding of the ICP
  • Own content marketing - create thought-leadership pieces, customer stories, and narratives that stand out
  • Run outbound and ABM programs targeting CMOs, Growth, and Lifecycle leaders at top enterprises
  • Host and scale community-driven events (AI x Growth dinners, panels, workshops, etc.)
  • Drive founder-led storytelling - shape posts, podcasts, and press narratives that build authority
  • Experiment with multi-channel growth loops - email, LinkedIn, partnerships, referrals
  • Build the early GTM ops stack (Attio, Apollo, Notion, Loom, etc.) and report on funnel performance
