About The Position
You will lead self-serve growth and brand awareness for a high-growth AI platform disrupting the legal industry. Working directly with founders, you will execute a cross-channel playbook involving content creation, performance marketing, and community building. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a gritty operator ready to scale an elite AI-native brand. Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in growth or content marketing, ideally with a founder or creator background
- AI-native mindset with proficiency in using modern AI tools for content, design, and analytics
- Exceptional self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable taking big swings on unconventional ideas
Responsibilities
- Design and scale acquisition channels including SEO/AEO, paid media, and viral growth experiments
- Build a multi-format content engine producing high-performing video, social, and educational assets
- Lead community engagement and ambassador initiatives to drive word-of-mouth growth and industry authority
