About The Position
Hyperspell is the Memory & Context Layer for AI Agents. AI agent are clueless geniuses. AI agents are crushing humans on any standardized test, but wouldn't last a day at a real job. What today's super-intelligent agents are missing is the real world context they are operating in. A context that humans stitch together from hundreds of data points across dozens of interactions and channels. A context that grows with their tasks. Hyperspell gives AI agents this context by connecting to their user’s workspace data and building a personalized memory and context layer. As our founding forward deployed engineer, your mission is to set our customers up for success, and work advance what's possible with AI agents. You'll be working at the frontier of how AI systems understand, remember, and reason about information.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience product engineering
- Fluency in Python and Typescript
- Clarity of thought, excellent communication
- A genuine joy in helping other engineers succeed
- Ability to work on location in San Francisco
Responsibilities
- Evolving the world’s first self-integrating SDK: Improving how developers connect their apps to Hyperspell, making integration feel like magic
- Owning relationships: You’ll be the face of the company to many of our customers. You’ll respond to their feature requests and their bug reports, and will fix many yourself before they even hit our ticket system.
- Customer deep-dives: Embedding with customers to understand their business, their data, their users — then finding opportunities to solve problems they didn't know they had
- Full-stack feature ownership: Building new integrations, API endpoints, dashboard features, and analytics tools end-to-end.
- Shaping the product: Translating customer pain points into product direction. Your insights from the field will directly influence our roadmap
- Technical enablement: Helping customers architect their implementations, debug tricky issues, and get the most out of our platform
