About The Position
AIUC's mission is to underwrite superintelligence by evaluating, certifying, and insuring AI agents, foundation models, and data centers to provide credibility and trust for high-growth AI companies. The company aims to establish a gold standard for AI safety, security, and reliability (AIUC-1) as agents become increasingly prevalent in various sectors. The team comprises individuals from leading AI and tech companies, and they have secured $15M in funding. In this role, you will be responsible for developing methods to evaluate new categories of AI systems and building the necessary infrastructure for repeatable processes. Your work will be crucial in defining relationships with major AI companies. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape customer-facing AI standards, deploy cutting-edge real-world agents, and gain high visibility within and outside the AI community.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Own customer implementations end-to-end: from discovery and technical scoping through evaluation, tooling, deployment, and certification.
- Build world-class AI evals: set the standard for robustness and rigor across the industry.
- Go deep with customers: meet directly with their teams, ruthlessly uncover their challenges, and iterate fast.
- Shape our product: your frontline insights will directly drive our roadmap and prioritization.
- Lead increasingly complex certifications, multi-person projects, and high-stakes technical initiatives
- Define how agent evals get deployed across industries
- Turn patterns you spot across partnerships into product strategy
