About The Position
You will build the intelligence layer for the $6 trillion chemicals and process industries. As a founding engineer, you will own the development of production-grade AI agents that automate complex industrial workflows from quoting to procurement. This zero-to-one role involves direct customer exposure and shaping the core architecture of a high-impact platform. Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering ability with a bias for action and the ability to navigate ambiguous product environments.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical teams and non-technical industrial plant operators.
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for high-velocity, in-person collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end AI agents capable of reasoning over complex industrial data for scheduling and inventory management.
- Build and maintain full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and modern LLM frameworks on AWS infrastructure.
- Integrate agentic systems with legacy enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and industrial operational software.
