About The Position
As the founding engineer, you will partner with the technical co-founder to architect and scale a high-performance engagement platform. You will own complex features end-to-end, from real-time communication systems to payment integrations. This role offers significant autonomy to influence the technical direction of a product serving hundreds of thousands of monthly users in the digital media space. Significant technical ownership as the first engineering hire, shaping both architecture and culture from the ground up. Requirements
- Professional full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate shipping speed and maintain high code quality.
- A product-minded engineer who can execute independently and is comfortable working in a high-intensity startup setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new product verticals from scratch, including CRM tools and automated media processing engines.
- Architect and manage scalable infrastructure to support hundreds of thousands of concurrent users with high reliability.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems to ensure rapid, stable deployment cycles across the stack.
