About The Position

As the founding engineer, you will partner with the technical co-founder to architect and scale a high-performance engagement platform. You will own complex features end-to-end, from real-time communication systems to payment integrations. This role offers significant autonomy to influence the technical direction of a product serving hundreds of thousands of monthly users in the digital media space.

Requirements

• Professional full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate shipping speed and maintain high code quality.
• A product-minded engineer who can execute independently and is comfortable working in a high-intensity startup setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new product verticals from scratch, including CRM tools and automated media processing engines.
• Architect and manage scalable infrastructure to support hundreds of thousands of concurrent users with high reliability.
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems to ensure rapid, stable deployment cycles across the stack.
