About The Position

As a Founding Engineer, you will architect and build AI agents that automate the $3 trillion manufacturing back office. You will work across the full stack to replace manual quoting, invoicing, and procurement processes with intelligent automation. Joining a world-class team of builders, you will drive 0→1 product development in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2-8+ years of experience as a product-focused software engineer with a track record at both top-tier tech companies and early-stage startups.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with a deep interest in experimenting with the latest LLM APIs and AI tools.
• Professional maturity to handle extreme ownership and ambiguity while working in-person five days a week in a high-bandwidth NYC office.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship core AI features across the TypeScript/Node.js stack, handling everything from LLM integrations to complex ERP data connections.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly on new products based on direct feedback from manufacturers on their own factory shop floors.
• Own the entire product lifecycle including requirements, testing, observability, and long-term maintenance of critical distributed services.
