About The Position

Architecting the Future of In-Person Connection We are an AI-powered platform transforming the way companies plan corporate events—from high-stakes executive retreats to global conferences. Our software automates the logistics of venue sourcing and vendor negotiations, making it faster and easier for teams at companies like Google and Amazon to meet up in real life. We are on a mission to make it easier for teams to create meaningful moments together, and we are looking for a Founding Engineer to help build that foundation. The Role As a Founding Engineer, you will be a cornerstone of our technical team. You won’t just be executing on tickets; you will be making key technical decisions, influencing product direction, and shaping our engineering culture from day one. This is a "zero-to-one" opportunity for someone who loves building full-stack products and wants to see their work have a direct impact on customers.

Requirements

End-to-End Builder: You have a proven track record of building and shipping full-stack products from the ground up.
Product-Minded: You have strong product intuition and genuinely care about the user experience.
Technical Expert: You are highly confident in SQL and modern web frameworks (React, Next.js).
High Momentum: You thrive in fast-paced environments, learn quickly, and take the initiative without waiting for a playbook.
Mission-Driven: You want to build tangible tools that people actually use to improve their real-world connections.

Nice To Haves

Experience deploying AI/LLM tools in a production environment.
A strong eye for UI/UX design.
Previous "zero-to-one" startup experience.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack Ownership: Take charge of our stack (React/TypeScript, Next.js, Node/Python) and ensure we are building for both speed and quality.
Rapid Innovation: Ship high-quality features quickly, iterating based on real-world customer needs and feedback.
Scale AI Systems: Build and optimize the AI systems that power our core product automation.
Strategic Leadership: Influence the product roadmap and technical architecture as we scale.
Culture Building: Help define the tools, processes, and values that will define our engineering team for years to come.
