Join a well-funded, high-growth startup on the path to IPO ($50M raised, 700% revenue growth in 2 years, targeting a $12T market) Work directly with Grace Turner (Head of Talent) — building the recruiting function from scratch in a high-impact, highly visible role Partner closely with GTM, Product, and Business leaders to shape the future of Pallet Help transform a massive industry and scale toward a $10B+ business About the opportunity We’re hiring our first business recruiter to own hiring across GTM (Sales, Marketing), Product Management, and key business roles (BizOps, Strategy, etc.). This is a true 0→1 role — you won’t just run reqs, you’ll design the entire recruiting motion. From sourcing strategy to interview loops to closing top candidates, you’ll operate as a trusted partner to leadership and play a critical role in shaping Pallet’s next phase of growth. Requirements
- 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across GTM and/or Product/Business roles (AE, SDR, PM, BizOps, Marketing, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines without operational breakdowns
- Strong understanding of GTM roles and/or product/business hiring signals
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments (0→1 or scaling)
- Demonstrated ability to close candidates in competitive markets
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles
- Build and manage pipelines across 10+ concurrent roles with strong operational discipline
- Design and iterate on interview processes, scorecards, and hiring playbooks
- Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies (outbound, referrals, events, talent branding)
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate candidates, and close top talent
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with fast, consistent communication
- Track and improve funnel metrics to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes
