We’re seeking a scrappy, high-output Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) to partner with our Product and Sales Team in launching and scaling early-stage B2B technology ventures. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-activity, fast-paced environment, and is eager to make an immediate impact by creating pipeline and fueling the first wave of revenue. This is not a role for someone waiting for inbound leads or operating with a playbook already written. We’re looking for a hungry, coachable, and relentless prospector who can create opportunities from scratch and support the commercialization of proven tools and products. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will partner closely with the Product and Sales Team to fuel early-stage pipeline growth for Rex’s emerging B2B technology ventures. This role is about driving the first spark of momentum, identifying target accounts, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings that lead to pilots and revenue. You’ll be on the front lines of customer outreach, ensuring our innovative products land in the right hands and helping shape how we go to market.
