About The Position

They've revolutionizing the $200B recruiting industry, and they're looking for a Founding Account Executive to establish and scale their Accounting & Finance vertical from $10M to $100M+. The Opportunity This isn't just another sales role—it's a chance to be the architect of an entirely new business vertical. You'll leverage your deep expertise in accounting firm recruiting to: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with accounting firms nationwide Build your own book of business while establishing our platform as the go-to solution for accounting hiring Partner directly with leadership to shape strategy and scale operations Define best practices that will guide future team members as we grow

Requirements

  • 4-10 years selling recruiting services specifically to accounting firms
  • Proven track record of building your own book of business in accounting recruiting
  • History of top performance (Top Biller/Producer awards, consistent quota attainment, rapid promotions)
  • Deep understanding of accounting hiring nuances (CPA requirements, busy season dynamics, technical skill assessment)
  • Excitement about working in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco

  • Existing relationships with accounting firms in major markets

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new accounting firm clients through strategic outbound efforts
  • Run consultative sales processes with CFOs, Controllers, and Hiring Managers
  • Build deep relationships within the accounting community
  • Collaborate with our AI and product teams to refine our offering for accounting firms
  • Establish our presence at industry events and within professional networks
  • Create the playbook for scaling this vertical as we hire additional team members
