About The Position

At Momentic, we’re building the definitive verification layer for software. Despite decades of innovation, the promise of fully automated testing has remained elusive, still requiring significant human intervention. Now, as AI coding tools dramatically accelerate code output, they're generating bugs faster than traditional testing methods can catch them. Enter Momentic: The AI-native testing platform for modern development teams. Customers like Notion, Bilt, Quora, and Xero already use Momentic to ship high quality product. Millions of Momentic tests are executed every single day. Our product is incredibly sticky. Our customers run us on every pull request and merge and before each deploy as quality gates Our product is leagues ahead of competitors and the status quo today (think Selenium/Cypress/Playwright). We have an insanely high POC conversion rate Check out the demo video on our website We’ve done a lot of work on building in-bound pipeline for this segment. We get a consistent stream of inbound and don’t have bandwidth to manage inbound. We also have the ability to increase spend for leads in this segment. Conversion on these deals is within industry standards, but sales process hasn’t been optimized yet. Today we run a quick process: First sales call (discovery & demo), move to commercials, then let the customer start using the product. Recent Series A raise of $15M led by Standard Capital, with participation from existing investors - Y Combinator, FCVC, and Transpose Platform. We’re a team of 11 and growing (GTM team is 1 Founder, 1 AE, 1 Solutions Engineer, and 1 CSM) Located in-person San Francisco @ 650 5th St (Lunch everyday and commuter benefits)

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years mid-market sales experience
  • You have a background in developer tools, testing/observability, or infrastructure
  • You have a track record of selling technically complex products to developers or engineering leaders
  • You’re based in SF and willing to commute to the office

Responsibilities

  • Own deals from start to finish in the mid-market segment
  • Manage a large number of accounts; discovery, lightweight technical demo, and negotiation
  • Optimize the sales process; increase conversion rate and decrease time to close
  • Contribute to scaled outbound process to build additional pipeline when required
