About The Position

Account Executive (Founding Sales Team) Location: San Francisco, CA (In-person) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Building the Future of In-Person Connection We are an AI-powered platform transforming the way companies plan corporate events—from intimate executive retreats to large-scale conferences. By automating venue sourcing and vendor negotiations, we make it faster and easier for teams to create meaningful moments together. We have already delivered world-class experiences for teams at Google, Amazon, and Quantstamp, and we are just getting started. The Role This is a high-impact, zero-to-one sales role . As part of our founding sales team, you won’t just be following a script—you’ll be building the playbook. You will sit at the intersection of sales and product, helping to define what "great sales" looks like at our company from day one. You will partner directly with the founders to refine our messaging, pricing, and positioning while selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations.

Requirements

  • Proven Closer: You have a track record of closing deals in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally SMB to Mid-Market).
  • High Activity: You are comfortable with high-volume outreach, with an expectation of 70–100 client contacts per day.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable selling a product that is rapidly evolving.
  • Product-Minded: You have strong intuition and can tailor your messaging based on different buyer personas.
  • Scrappy & Proactive: You take extreme ownership of your pipeline and are motivated by the challenge of building a category from scratch.

Nice To Haves

  • Top Performer: You are a proven top 10% performer (President’s Club experience is a major plus).
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience selling to HR, Operations, Marketing, or Event teams.
  • Early Stage: Experience in a "zero-to-one" startup sales environment.
  • Technical Comfort: Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to refine a technical product.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Cycle: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for customers hosting retreats and meetings.
  • Lead Conversations: Run discovery calls, demos, and pricing negotiations with confidence.
  • Shape the Product: Act as the voice of the customer, bringing direct feedback to our product and engineering teams to influence our roadmap.
  • Become an Expert: Master our AI capabilities and integrations to speak fluently about how our technology solves complex logistical problems.
  • Build Systems: Refine our CRM workflows, pipeline management, and outbound playbooks.
  • Target Personas: Sell into People Teams, Executive Assistants, Marketing/Events teams, and agencies.
