About The Position

You will be a cornerstone of the revenue organization, scaling a platform that leverages agentic AI to automate complex financial crime compliance operations. Working directly with the executive team, you will drive the full sales cycle, helping financial institutions and fintechs reduce operational costs and fight crime more effectively using cutting-edge automation.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of proven over-performance in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS sales, ideally within fintech or compliance.
  • Experience managing complex 3–6 month deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical evaluations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a pipeline from scratch using modern sales tools and outbound strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with financial institutions.
  • Develop deep domain expertise in AML, KYC, and fraud to act as a consultative advisor to compliance and risk leaders.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Leadership to refine the product roadmap based on market insights and proof-of-value engagements.
