You will own the data foundation for an AI-first medical practice, building pipelines that transform messy healthcare records into clean, actionable data. Requirements

• Has 5+ years of experience processing complex healthcare data and document extraction workflows.
• Possesses deep knowledge of healthcare standards including FHIR, HL7, and PII handling requirements.
• Is an AI-native engineer proficient in Python who uses modern LLM tools daily in their development.

Responsibilities

• Build ETL pipelines to ingest and normalize FHIR, HL7, and CCDA medical record formats.
• Design and maintain scalable data models on AWS optimized for AI retrieval and processing.
• Extract structured clinical data from unstructured sources like scanned PDFs, XML, and HTML feeds.
