About The Position

We're a Y Combinator-backed (S20) AI company building the future of eCommerce operations. We build two products: BIK.ai is an Agentic AI CRM for eCommerce — a single platform that replaces fragmented marketing, retention, and support tools with 100+ AI agents, automating up to 90% of the eCommerce stack. Today, AI agents built on BIK power over $100M in annual sales for 500+ brands. Manifest.ai is a GPT powered digital store associate that helps eCommerce brands convert more traffic by helping buyers with answering questions, recommending products, and guiding purchases. Together, BIK.ai and Manifest.ai serve 500+ global brands across India, the US, and other international markets,, including Transformer Table, LEGO, Mitchell, Imagine, and Durex. We're growing fast, selling globally, and now scaling aggressively in the US. This is not a typical AE role. You'll be one of our first Account Executives in the US, working closely with the founders to build pipeline, close deals, and help define how we sell as we scale. You'll sell directly to eCommerce founders, CEOs, and operators who are overwhelmed by tool sprawl — and show them a simpler, AI-first way to drive growth. If you like ownership, outbound selling, and being close to real revenue, you'll like this role. This role starts as a 2-month paid contract, designed as a focused ramp period. During this time, you'll be expected to: Build pipeline Run demos Progress deals toward close Strong performers will convert to a full-time AE role with expanded responsibility and upside. You're joining early, not inheriting someone else's playbook You'll work directly with founders, not layers of management You'll sell products already driving real revenue at scale You'll help define how we win the US market If that excites you, we should talk.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with real closing ownership
  • Comfortable in outbound-heavy, zero-to-one environments
  • Confident with face-to-face selling, negotiation, and closing
  • Based in the United States
  • Self-directed, high-ownership, and comfortable with ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to close
  • Build pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and account research
  • Run discovery, demos, negotiations, and close deals yourself
  • Sell to senior decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Heads of Growth, Ops leaders)
  • Travel within the US with the founders for key sales meetings and events
  • Represent the company at industry events and in-person customer meetings
  • Bring real customer feedback into product and GTM decisions
