About Us Chatbase makes it easy for businesses to build and deploy AI agents for all customer interactions. We’re fully bootstrapped and profitable, with $8M+ in ARR, and growing quickly. The role We're hiring a Founding Account Executive to help build our go-to-market motion from the ground up. You'll work directly with the CEO to turn early traction into a repeatable sales engine.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a top-performing AE (ideally in B2B SaaS)
  • Excited by ambiguity and ownership
  • A strong communicator

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting to close and expansion
  • Generate pipeline from ICP accounts through value-driven outbound and founder-assisted deals
  • Run thoughtful discovery to understand customer workflows
  • Partner with engineering to scope solutions and unblock evaluations
