The Foundation/Volunteer Services Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned area by performing a variety of clerical, administrative and volunteer staff oversight including the following: Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary. Maintains a system for recording donations and expenses. Maintains electronic and manual filing systems as assigned. Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings. Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings. Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment. Assists with graphic design of collateral and communications. Assists with internal and external events. Assists with scheduling and training of volunteer staff. Assists with maintaining volunteer staff records and hours. Performs other related duties as assigned.
