About The Position

Seal-Tite Basement Waterproofing Co. has been repairing basements, foundations, and crawl spaces since 1972, with over 40,000 foundations completed across Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. We are a licensed and insured contractor serving residential, commercial, and institutional properties with interior and exterior waterproofing, foundation repair, sump pumps, and crawl space solutions As we continue expanding and adding new crews, you’ll play a key role in shaping field operations. We are actively investing in our people and equipment to support that growth — and your leadership will directly influence how efficiently and effectively our teams perform

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience leading or overseeing your own crew
Strong construction experience with the ability to make sound decisions independently
Experience operating equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and jackhammers
A commitment to quality — you take pride in doing work you’d confidently put your name on
A leadership mindset with the ability to coach and develop others
The ability to meet insurance requirements through a clean driving record and background check to operate company vehicles on military sites
A valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Leading and managing your own 2–3 person crew
Serving as the on-site expert for foundation and structural repair projects
Working side-by-side with your crew in hands-on, physically demanding labor
Training and developing new team members by teaching proper techniques, safety standards, and job efficiency in the field
Setting and maintaining standards for safety, productivity, workmanship, and team culture
Delivering outstanding customer service and building client trust
Working outdoors in varying weather conditions including snow, rain, heat, and cold
Traveling as needed to job sites
