Foundation Repair Foreman - Structural Crew Lead

Michaelis CorporationIndianapolis, IN
Onsite

About The Position

Structural Foreman – Foundation Repair We’re building the best foundation repair team in Indianapolis. Best pay. Best crews. Best leadership. Best customer experience. And we’re looking for Foremen who want to be part of that standard, not chase it somewhere else. If you’ve led crews in foundation repair, you already know this work is tough, unpredictable, and exposes weak leadership fast. We’re building a team of Foremen who take ownership, solve problems, and lead from the front every single day. Why This Role Is Different There are two types of Foremen we’re looking for: If you’re at a big company but feel like just another number, you’ve got the skill but not the recognition, support, or upside. Here, you have the opportunity to stand out and lead at a higher level. If you’re at a smaller company and carrying a lot on your back, you’ve figured things out the hard way but lack systems, support, or growth. Here, you can plug into a stronger operation and level up. Role Overview Lead a structural crew to execute foundation repair and waterproofing projects at a high level, on time, on budget, and done right the first time. You own the outcome.
