The Foundation Marketing & Communications Intern provides creative and project support for Foundation-wide marketing initiatives, including campaign materials, digital content, donor-facing communications, and print production. This role assists with preparing visual assets, organizing campaign materials, and supporting execution of marketing efforts that strengthen donor engagement and advance Foundation priorities. The internship offers hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing, branding, and communications strategy within a higher education advancement environment. This is a non-exempt, temporary position for the summer intern season (May-Aug 2026). The hourly rate is $15.00 per hour. The intern position will report to the Associate Director, Development Communications. This position is based in historic Annapolis at our current offices located overlooking the Severn River on the beautiful grounds of the U.S. Naval Academy. In 2023, the staff of the Alumni Association and Foundation moved into new modern offices in the Alumni Center, which are on the banks of College Creek overlooking the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis.
