Foundation Manager & Marketing Assistant

You'll lead the day-to-day operations of our hospital foundation while also supporting our marketing and communications team. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field-or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit management, or administrative support; marketing experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; donor databases and social media experience preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple projects with ease.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily foundation operations.
- Build strong connections with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns and special events.
- Assist with grant research and data collection.
- Prepare donor updates, board reports, and communications.
- Maintain accurate donor records and ensure compliance.
- Report to the CFO until a permanent CEO is hired.
- Support marketing campaigns across social media, newsletters, and the website.
- Assist with photography, promotional materials, and event marketing.
- Help coordinate community outreach and engagement events.
- Track performance of marketing initiatives and compile reports.
- Report to the Marketing Director.
