About The Position

Parsons is looking for a talented GEOINT Disclosure & Release Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will supports Desk Officers in the adjudication of foreign partner requests for geospatial products and services.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
  • Candidate must have an ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance and be able to obtain/maintain a CI Polygraph
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university with 7+ years of related experience
  • 8 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree
  • Demonstrated experience in researching NGA, DOD, or IC disclosure and release policies, DLA catalogs, geospatial production coordination and geospatial product customization.
  • Demonstrated experience with ensuring an agency’s Content and Standard Products are properly identified prior to release.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating with the applicable offices for the proper expurgation and customization of content for dissemination to a foreign partner.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience with Disclosures and Release of information and adjudication of process requests. Specifically, the Basic Exchange Cooperation Agreements (BECA) and the Disclosure Release Tool (DART)
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating with Office of the General Counsel on questions related to commodity data or the applicable office for release of foreign produced products
  • Demonstrated experience drafting responses for the Government to foreign partner requests for geospatial products and Foundation GEOINT content

Responsibilities

  • Attends coordination meetings in order to support with current methodology, points of contact, products and/or capabilities.
  • Serves as alternate account custodian within Mapping Enterprise Business System (MEBS)
  • Assists Desk Officers with aligning allowable releasable data per foreign partner within the Dissemination and Release Tool (DART)
  • Researches IC policies as it pertains to disclosure and release
  • Maintains a current database of available NGA produced geospatial data
  • Communicates requirements and restrictions to foreign partners for the provision of sharing their data (coordination only, not negotiation)
  • Provides expertise as a Foundation GEOINT standards bearer
  • Supports proper identification of products to be released
  • Cross-references DLA products and NGA use in order to properly leverage agency assets while maintaining required security practices.
