About The Position

Directly immerse yourself into the world we are all responsible for protecting through this interactive and integral role within the Intelligence Community in service of American mission-critical operations at home and abroad, together with a steadfast commitment to our shared global security. As a GEOINT Deployer Analyst, you will be joining XTS's mission-ready and collaborative team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role, you will apply established GEOINT tradecraft, deliver actionable intelligence analysis in support of mission-relevant product development, and leverage your previous military or operational experience within dynamic environments; operating effectively and continuously improving tactical operations alongside your team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree and 3 years of relevant experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience may be provided in lieu of degree
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance and willingness to undergo a CI Polygraph examination
  • Understanding and application of Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) / Pattern of Life (PoL) methodologies for analysis of behaviors, transactions, activities of entities to serve counter-threat operations
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing GEOINT applications such as RemoteView, ArcGIS Pro, QT Modeler, SOCET GXP, and related tools for effective production of common GEOINT products
  • Proficiency in Helicopter Landing Zone (HLZ) analysis and developing density plots to visualize and assess spatial concentrations of activity or terrain features is desired
  • Proficiency in Order of Battle (OB) analysis, target identification, and detailed compound analysis, including development and use of Gridded Reference Graphics (GRG)
  • Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL, JavaScript)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous deployment experience supporting the military and/or government
  • Be deployment ready for 4-8 months per year
  • Showcasing leadership capability is desired
  • Independent drive and exceeding motivation toward mission completion and adaptable to environments given the nature of deployed assignments
  • Regional geographic proficiencies
