About The Position

Direct and oversee all division operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Supervise project managers, superintendents, and field staff across multiple job sites. Manage equipment, materials, and labor allocation for optimal efficiency and productivity. Oversee scheduling, resource planning, cost control, and quality assurance across all marine pile driving and civil projects. Ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Resolve technical, logistical, and workforce-related challenges on site. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in marine and heavy civil markets. Build and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors. Participate in estimating, bidding, and contract negotiations. Develop and manage annual division budget, P&L accountability, and financial forecasting. Monitor job costing, billing, and cash flow for all ongoing projects. Drive operational efficiencies and identify cost-saving opportunities. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability throughout the division. Ensure environmental and permitting compliance for marine operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in heavy civil or marine construction, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role
  • In-depth knowledge of marine pile driving, cofferdams, bulkheads, dredging, and deep foundation techniques
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgets, cost control, and contracts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel regularly to project sites
