This position is a highly technical, mid- to senior-level role responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and operational health of the Foundation’s alumni and donor database (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge & NXT), which serves as the backbone for all fundraising, stewardship, financial reporting, and donor engagement activity. The role operates as part of a two-person Advancement Services team and executes responsibilities with day-to-day independence while coordinating with the Director. The Data Specialist utilizes established software systems and reporting tools. No computer programming or coding experience is required, as the role does not involve software development or system customization. Position requires significant time sitting and computer use. Occasional travel for meetings or conferences. The review of applications starts on February 18, 2026.
