Plans, organizes and implements activities and events to promote awareness of and build financial support for Stanly Health Services using proven and professionally accepted fundraising methods. Participates in a wide range of Foundation activities at a management level and oversees and facilitates various Foundation programs and activities as assigned. Essential Functions Performs in a leadership role as Foundation Administrator. Evaluates changing trends in philanthropy to develop new programs responsive to fundraising trends. Supervises and plans the activities of the designated Foundation Communications Team, including serving as performance reviewer for select members of the team. Maintains and enhances relationships with volunteer committees. Recruits and educates prospective committee volunteers on an on-going basis. Oversees donor stewardship process for Foundation. Oversees the weekly disbursement process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all disbursements processed by Foundation Senior Staff Assistant. Prepares grant correspondence to the System departments for new grants approved by the Foundation VP, President, and/or Board. Serves as compliance officer to ensure that all Foundation solicitations are conducted in compliance with HIPAA requirements. Assists in maintaining investment management, real estate, and banking relationships. Facilitates facilities and equipment upgrades and maintenance, facility moves, and related items.
