Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services-related field, such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Criminal Justice, is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a related field is required, with a strong emphasis on candidates who have worked with children, community services, or educational programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory experience in a social services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assign caseloads and identify staffing needs.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and ongoing training sessions.
  • Oversee the implementation and certification processes for evidence-based practices.
  • Provide supervision and performance feedback to staff in consultation with the Program Director.
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Coordinate day-to-day program operations.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to enhance communication and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Manage client service authorization and documentation requirements.
  • Provide direct services to families as needed.
  • Assist in annual budget preparation and review monthly financial statements.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the strategic plan.
  • Contribute to marketing and regional development efforts in line with strategic objectives.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities, audits, and the implementation of improvement plans.
  • Ensure the completeness and timeliness of required documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
