Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
- 2+ years post-graduate experience in foster care licensing, program implementation, or related services.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Passion for working with children and families.
Responsibilities
- Guide families through the foster care licensing process in compliance with NC laws and MHC policies.
- Train and support foster parents, tracking progress and ensuring continued compliance.
- Recruit, screen, and consult with potential foster homes to ensure the best placements for children.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the overall success of the Foster Care Services team.
