About The Position

Onos Health's mission is simple but ambitious: ensure every healthcare dollar goes toward delivering the highest quality care. Today, nearly 30% of U.S. healthcare spending is wasted due to ineffective care and administrative burden, driven by misalignment between providers and payers. This waste is a primary reason healthcare remains unaffordable for so many. Onos is addressing this by building the largest AI-driven healthcare data platform. Our models enable payers to make faster, more accurate decisions across their populations. By guiding members to the right care, Onos channels more dollars to high-quality care that drives outcomes while reducing waste and making healthcare more affordable. Onos recently closed a Series A round with top-tier investors and is already working with some of the nation's largest health plans, signing its first national plan just months after launch. Come join a category-defining company and help reimagine healthcare for the better. We're seeking a Forward-Deployed Product Manager who is motivated to fix how behavioral health care is managed, delivered, and paid for in the United States. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role at the intersection of product, account management, and implementation, built for someone who wants to be close to the problem, not just the roadmap. This is also our first product hire, so we’re looking for a strong add to the team who can help set the tone and lead by example. You will own a portfolio of 1-2 health plan customers end-to-end: leading the day-to-day relationship, translating their clinical and operational needs into product direction, and working directly with your pod's engineer to ship. You'll be the person your customers trust, the person engineering relies on for clarity, and an early voice in shaping how Onos builds and delivers at scale. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
