About The Position
We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to solve mission critical problems for our largest customers. You’ll work directly with customers to tackle high-impact challenges, applying AI and technical expertise to deliver meaningful business results. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of product and customer impact.
Responsibilities
- Customer Discovery – Partner directly with customers to understand their goals, uncover pain points, and define clear technical requirements
- Solution Development – Design and build features and scalable systems that drive measurable customer outcomes
- Technical Communication – Translate complex technical ideas into easy-to-understand concepts for non-technical audiences
- Cross-Functional Execution – Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver impactful, customer-tailored solutions
- Project Ownership – Lead multiple high-priority projects end to end, balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability
