Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer , you will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success—working directly with enterprise customers to design and deploy high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust .
- Experience building and deploying production systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience working on APIs, integrations, or data workflows .
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments with high ownership.
- Strong systems thinking across infrastructure, data flows, and reliability.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
- Proven ability to take projects from concept to production independently.
- Strong communication skills and a bias toward action.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in forward deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles .
- Experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale deployments .
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems, data pipelines, or model-adjacent infrastructure .
- Experience building reusable internal tools or platform abstractions.
- Background in high-growth startups or fast-paced technical environments.
Responsibilities
- Embed directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows, technical requirements, and business goals.
- Architect and implement custom integrations, APIs, and workflows on top of the platform.
- Deploy and scale production-grade solutions within customer environments.
- Own deployments end-to-end, from scoping and design to implementation and launch.
- Build internal tools and reusable components to accelerate future implementations.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical systems and shipped solutions.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap based on customer insights.
- Drive successful launches, expansions, and long-term customer adoption.
