The Pathfinder Team is our elite group of field-deployed engineers. Each team member has previous founding experience, with fanatical customer obsession and a proven track record of operating and winning in uncharted territory. You will be embedded with operators running $100M+ businesses to understand their workflows and deploy Revin AI systems that unlock revenue-critical outcomes. You will prototype quickly, integrate deeply, and ship solutions that directly shape the future of our platform. This is a field role. You will be onsite, on calls, in Slack threads, and working hand-in-hand with customers to turn messy real-world processes into scalable AI-powered systems.

Requirements

  • An engineer with 2+ years of experience shipping products at a startup or high-velocity company
  • Someone with top-tier education in a highly selective and academically rigorous environment and/or experience at top-performing SaaS or AI companies. Advanced degrees are a plus
  • A customer-obsessed go-getter who wants to be in the field, getting as close to the product as possible
  • An ambitious builder who wants to build a generational product
  • A continuous learner comfortable operating in ambiguity. You ship, learn, adapt, and are constantly looking for new information
  • Fluent in Python and SQL, comfortable working with REST APIs, and able to move up the stack when needed (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
  • Comfortable testing and debugging APIs with tools like Postman, and able to trace issues by digging into logs

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus if you have built with LLM frameworks like LangChain

Responsibilities

  • Spend upwards of two weeks per month onsite with customers across North America, applying AI to real-world businesses
  • Own customer interactions, collaborating closely with customer executives and Revin’s GTM team to ensure customer delight and grow enterprise deals
  • Partner with our largest customers to design and deliver end-to-end solutions that embed Revin AI agents into core systems such as Salesforce, ServiceTitan, i360, and LeadPerfection
  • Deliver complex Revin deployments and activations in production, quarterbacking technical delivery from scoping and onboarding to stable usage and expansion
  • Work with Revin’s product and engineering teams to translate field insights into platform improvements, new products, and scalable internal tools
  • Communicate directly with the founding team, contributing to Revin’s roadmap
