About The Position

Formwork Carpenter - FIFO New Positions, New Projects - Goldfields and sites across WA We have multiple projects, with January 2026 starts, 2:1 or 3:1 rosters, FIFO from Perth. Long term, Ongoing work, stable 2:1 or 3:1 swings Salary Sacrifice available for flights from east coast. East Coast flights are not included. Scope of work: Crusher construction or similar experience highly regarded. Carpenters: Peri formwork or similar panel system experience Flanco are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters, Operators Final Trim, Concreters, Steel Fixers, and All-rounders to join our team. About Us: Flanco are a growing civil construction company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with a Perth and Goldfields division. Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants. Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded. About You: Experience in a similar civil/mining infrastructure role Form work: Minimum 4 years experience Earthmoving tickets & all rounder experience steel fixing, concrete - advantageous Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain - Gold mine sites Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License. HR license preferred but not essential. Requirements

Experience in a similar civil/mining infrastructure role
Form work: Minimum 4 years experience
Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain - Gold mine sites
Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License
White Card
Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
