About The Position

We are seeking a Formulation R&D Chemist with strong technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing R&D projects from concept to commercialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 8+ years of formulation experience or 5+ years with a Master's degree.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and analytical skills.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with instruments such as pH meters, viscometers, FTIR, and HPLC.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership skills preferred.
• Experience in relevant industries such as personal care
• Ability to multitask and transfer formulations from bench to pilot, troubleshooting manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations.
• Supervise and mentor R&D staff.
• Manage scale-up processes and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EPA, and cGMP regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain technical documentation.
