The Formulation and Color Chemist will use their creative skills to develop pigment formulas, work on shade matching, and will evaluate formulas for workability and performance. You will utilize raw materials, chemical compounds, and chemical processes to create new products and technologies for tattoo ink and permanent makeup (PMU). This role must perform research to support new product development and make continued improvements to current formulations. During the development phases, you will be required to work with a cross-functional team to complete project initiatives and provide feedback to support business decisions. This is a non-exempt (hourly) role and may pay up to $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
