The Forms Training Specialist is responsible for training clients on creating customized PDF forms, uploading those forms to client directories on KeyStone, addressing questions and requests and coordinating changes to forms and forms libraries. The Forms Training Specialist provides mapping training to credit union staff and facilitates the testing and delivery of these custom and third-party forms to clients. They are solely responsible for taking clients from start to finish with their forms, ensuring all conversion deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Experience in Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Must be self-directed, comfortable leading remote training sessions, adept at problem-solving, and have strong attention to detail
  • (1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the KeyStone platform desirable
  • Familiarity with JavaScript a plus
  • Experience delivering remote learning desirable

Responsibilities

  • Train clients on forms mapping and how to update dynamic in-house and/or third-party forms using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
  • Understand client's forms initiatives to ensure requests are in alignment with client’s goals.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to modify existing or create new forms.
  • Ability to perform data mapping to align complex business rules to the appropriate .PDF form fields within a form’s administration software.
  • Follow documented procedures and design guidelines to edit forms using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
  • Familiarize self with process changes and actively look to improve those processes.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of KeyStone and keep abreast of enhancements affecting forms.
  • Perform and train clients on thorough quality control and user acceptance testing in conjunction with the data mapping of forms development process.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
