This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously. This role supports organizations of various sizes and is designed for individuals who enjoy hands‑on technical work, clear documentation, and contributing to high‑quality production and repair processes. As part of the team, you will be responsible for inspecting, and testing products according to engineering specifications. A key part of the role involves creating Job Books that guide mechanics on the shop floor, as well as producing 2D assembly forms and repair instructions used during mechanical inspections and repair activities. Once repair work is completed, you will be responsible for digitizing the Job Books to ensure accurate, organized records of all work performed. Day‑to‑day, you will visually and mechanically inspect finished goods, identify and document any defects, and communicate issues to the appropriate teams. You’ll help maintain production and inspection equipment, follow all safety and quality procedures, and assist with basic troubleshooting or maintenance tasks as needed.
