Requirements

  • OSHA approved forklift certification.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to handle Hazardous Materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with numbers and perform basic mathematical functions for tracking loading and unloading.
  • Ability to successfully complete site specific forklift operator training and forklift cylinder filling training as required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends as needed.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
  • Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior related work experience in a light industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Completes the truck unload/load forms accurately & legibly.
  • Counts production fill totals at shift end.
  • Unloads/loads long hauls, beverage trailers, and common carriers safely.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including assisting production shifts with other staffing needs when not operating forklift.
